Treatment Options

We treat a wide variety of injuries and offer a broad range of treatment options. Each person’s need is unique, and we provide individually designed exercise programs for long-term recovery. Our advanced treatment options include ultrasound, cold laser/light therapy, E-stim, cold and hot therapy, cardiovascular exercise, sports therapy, balance training, stabilization exercises and manual therapy.

I appreciate the comprehensive and thorough care I have received from Diane and her staff. I have degenerative joint disease, and Diane took me through hip, knee and foot therapies to strengthen and limber-up muscles without stressing the joints. My pain level has gone down, strength is up, and she helped me set reasonable goals for what levels of activity I can safely do.

L.R.

I miss my physical therapy appointments! I was impressed with how the exercises you gave me made me slow down and realize how much my gait and the tempo of my life had slowed down. I am very pleased that the homework exercises pinpoint the exact muscles that need strengthening. I always feel better and stand straighter after doing them. Your expertise is greatly appreciated, and you went even further to make the physical therapy session pleasant. Ridgecrest is lucky to have you as a physical therapy service provider. Thank you again for the outstanding sessions!
